  1. Right click on the desktop and select Properties menu. Dialog box will appear as follows:

Themes: function to change the appearance of the desktop with the display model example is provided instantly by Windows XP. b.   3. Click on the Themes tab and click on the Themes combobox to select the desired type of theme. If you select one of these themes will immediately appear in the sample box below the picture. If not suitable then you should replace it with another theme.
  4. Click the Apply button to see the results.

  5. In the above dialog box choose one of the programs that you want to be the shortcut, and then click OK. Then it will go back to the previous dialog box and the textbox browse button on the left will be filled with the path (path) where the program resides.
  6. Click the Next button, then type the shortcut name in the textbox at the top.
  7. Click the finish. You notice it on the desktop shortcut will appear new.

OPENING AND CLOSING THE APPLICATION PROGRAM in Windows XP
